Silver II Group 9 years & up
Swimmers who are able to swim all 4 strokes with some proficiency. Stroke improvement is still concentrated on while also placing emphasis on building endurance and perfecting race strategies. Readiness and existing swim test sets are used to move swimmer to next level. * 3-4 practices per week are suggested for Silver II Group but practice days are flexible. Silver I Group - 11 and up
Swimmers who have a higher proficiency in all 4 strokes and have joined the ranks of competitive swimming. Stroke development is still worked but other elements such sprints, endurance swimming, race strategies, turns, starts & finishes, and overall development are emphasized. Readiness and existing swim test sets are used to move swimmer to next level.
