Gold Group 12 years & up
Swimmers who are able to swim all 4 strokes proficiently. Stroke improvements are concentrated on during the beginning of the season then is shifted more towards competition efforts with harder practices. Readiness and swim test sets are used to move swimmer to the next level * 5-7 practices per week are suggested for Gold Group but practice days are flexible.
Platinum Group - 15 and up
High School Swimmers who have a high proficiency in all 4 strokes and have practiced for some time with a competitive team. Stroke refinement is worked while perfecting every aspect of race competition.

*Practice Times are 3:30 - 5:45 Mon - Fri
Saturday 9:00 - 10:30.
